Shipping policy

Once an order is placed, it will be fulfilled between 1 - 10 Business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Each jewelry piece is made to order, cleansed, & reiki charged before packaged. Your order will then be brought to our local USPS office to be sorted and headed your way. 

Once an order has shipped, it is out of our control and in the jurisdiction of the postal service. Please contact your local post office for shipping delays or failed deliveries. 

Please double check shipping addresses. If your order is returned to due to failure of delivery because of invalid address, you will be contacted for re-shipment. If you want order reshipped, you will be invoiced for another shipping label. Once you pay invoice for new shipment label, your package will be resent. In the case that the order is returned to us and you no longer want your order or you do not want your order reshipped, you will be refunded but shipping costs will be taken off and charged.
